What payment options are available for purchasing Apps4.Pro Migration Manager?

An official quote is required to place an order. We accept payments via Credit Card and Wire Transfer.

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) / PayPal

Upon payment confirmation, an invoice and activation instructions will be sent via email. The activation process typically completes within a maximum of 8 hours.

  • Wire Transfer

Once the payment is confirmed by the receiving bank, the order will be processed, and confirmation will be sent via email. This process usually takes up to two business days. Please contact us for bank details.

Can I place an order using Purchase Orders?

Yes. Available for order value above 5,000 USD. We accept Purchase Orders with NET30 terms. You can submit the signed copy of the Purchase Order online (through the link shared through email). Once the order is processed, you will be notified by email. This process will take 8 hours to complete.

What is the cancellation policy?

License cancellations are not available. We encourage users to utilize the 15-days free trial to evaluate whether the solution meets their needs before purchasing.

How do I extend license validity?

Please contact us at sales@apps4.pro with your original purchase invoice number to get the pricing quote for license validity extension.

Does my subscription automatically renew annually?

No, please contact us at sales@apps4.pro if you need to extend your license.

Is it possible to transfer my license to a different computer or user?

The license allows installing and running the app on multiple computers simultaneously, except for licenses limited by installation count.

Does the Enterprise License support multiple tenants within an organization?

According to the End User License Agreement (EULA), the Enterprise License allows for multiple tenants within the same customer or organization. The only restriction is the number of installations.
