What are the possible Apps4.Pro Migration Manager Status / Error Codes and its details ?

Note: All errors except these will be resolved on direct ‘Retry’

Status Code System Error Message Solution
1 Teams/Channel Migration, Groups Migration, Plan Migration and Stream Migration As per tenant wide policy guest users are not allowed to be owner of an unified group Please don’t map guest users to the owners of source team in Users Mapping. These kinds of errors are won’t be resolve in Retry. If you wrongly mapped or want to add those guest users, then you can add via our tool by creating ‘All Target Groups’ report In Plan tab. In which we are supporting Manage Members and Owners option.
2 Teams/Channel Migration, Groups Migration and Plan Migration Team Already Exist Check whether the team listed in target team’s portal or not. If it is existing, then select ‘Existing Team’ option in Target Settings to migrate or else please delete already created team or group in target team’s portal or admin centre and create a new job again
7 Teams/Channel Migration Forbidden or Unauthorized error Please open that particular source message in Source Teams Portal before click ‘Retry’
8 Teams/Channel Migration Failed any View problematic source channel’s Files Tab from Teams Portal/Client
9 Teams/Channel Migration Failed any View problematic channel’s Wiki Tab from Teams Portal/Client.
10 Teams/Channel Migration SiteId is undefined Please check whether the Sites are create or not, then retry the job.
23 Teams/Channel Migration SharePoint site is not provisioned for the target channel. Please view the target channel's Files Tab from Teams Portal/Client and Retry the Job. View problematic target channel’s Files Tab from Teams Portal/Client.
34 Teams/Channel Migration Please setup this wiki tab in target team channel and Retry the job. Please setup this wiki tab in target team channel and Retry the job.
59 Stream Migration The authenticated user is not authorized to access this resource. Please open that group in target stream portal before ‘Retry’
77 Viva Engage(Yammer) Migration AddNetworkUser - Unexpected end of Json input Please once visit the Target Internal Network then ‘Retry’ the job.
201 SharePoint Migration Unauthorized Error Retry the job after some time (10 to 15 secs).
