In Private Chat Migration, we have an option “Merge Messages” which is enabled by default and is the recommended approach. This option merges multiple chat messages and post them in a single shot to the target tenant. Hence it speeds up the migration process.

To further speed up the process, you can skip migration of the chat-attachments by disabling the option “Migrate Chat Attachments”. It is Enabled by DEFAULT.

You can choose to Migrate the attachments at any later point of time, by following the below steps

• Enable the option “Migrate Chat Attachments”
• Retry the same job created for Migration
