The License and Roles required to perform Stream Migration are as below :

1. Microsoft 365/Office 365(E3 or E5) License is required for Source & Target Connector Accounts.
2. Source Connector Account should be a Member or Owner of the Stream Groups that you chose to migrate (Please refer - How to Add ‘Source Connector Account’ as a member of the Stream Groups through Apps4.Pro Migration Manager Tool). User Administrator role is required to get themselves added to the groups.
3. For Classic to Classic Migration : Stream Administrator role is required for both Source & Target Connector Accounts.
4. For Classic to “Stream on SharePoint”(Modern) Migration :
   
   1. Stream Administrator role is required for Source Connector Account & SharePoint Administrator role with Admin Consent and Delegated Permission is required for Target Connector Account.
   2. Target Connector Account should be a ‘Site Admin’ of the Sites to which you migrate.
