The tool can successfully migrate the OneNote tab if the tab’s associated Notebook file exists in the same team where the OneNote tab exists. But if in case the Notebook file is placed in a different team instead of the same team where the OneNote tab exists, the tool has the limitation in accessing the source and hence the OneNote Tab will not be migrated. Rather the tool migrates only the data that exists in the same team that you have selected for the migration.
