With the Apps4.Pro Migration Manager v3830 release, the below major features & issue fixes have been delivered.
Microsoft Teams
New features
- Shared Channel migration supported.
- White Board Tab Migration supported.
- Added an option to Archive the team in source tenant upon completion of migration.
- Education Tenant : Class Assignment “Set current date for expired Due date in Assignments” settings support.
- New reports added - Source Teams Enabled Sites, Target Teams Enabled Sites, Licensed Teams & UnLicensed Teams.
Issue fix
- Minor issue in migrating Conversation Attachment fixed.
- Minor issue in Migration of Images in OneNote and Education tenant OneNote fixed.
Private Chat
New features
- Post Attachments to the respective mapped target chat user’s OneDrive by Secondary Admin Access.
- Call History (Started and ended) messages migrated.
Issue fix
- Users Mapping & License Not Found errors shows as a warning instead of errors.
- Merge the attachments, cards and importance messages.
- Assign Chat license to the users from CSV support.
SharePoint
New features
- Parallel Job (Run multiple jobs same time) Supported.
- Term Groups & Term Set Migration Supported.
- Application Group Mapping Supported to migrate domain groups.
- Export Job level logs supported.
Issue fix
- Migration of Sub folder which has name as same as root folder issue fixed.
- Large file migration issue in subsite has been fixed.
OneDrive
- White Board Migration supported.
- Email notifications suppressed for File Permission notifications.
Stream
- Source video ‘Created by’ metadata added as video description in target.
- Reports – Additional columns included - Creator, OwnerPermission, PermissionDetails, Creator Mail.
- Video Permission update action supported.
Planner
- Added option to include prefix text in task comments.
