What are the minimal licenses, roles & permissions required to perform Power BI Migration ?

The following license & roles are mandated to perform tenant-tenant Power BI Migration.

  1. Microsoft 365/Office 365(E3 or E5) License is required for Source & Target Connector Accounts.
  2. Power BI Pro (OR) Power BI Premium License is required for Source & Target Connector Accounts.
  3. Fabric Administrator with admin consent is required for Source and target Connector Accounts.
