1. Please navigate to Migrate tab–>Select source in Groups Type and select migrate groups in the dropdown then click Next. (Please refer below image)
   
   
   
   
2. In Target Settings please go to the Plan Settings to choose which plans you migrate. (Please refer below image) and fill all target details then proceed the migration.
   
   

Note: In case you have to do the bulk plan migrate, please select a minimum number of Groups to select in a single job for better performance
