When there is a change in source email address, will incremental migration work? Or a fresh migration is required ?

Yes, the Incremental migration will work even if there is a change in source mail address except for SharePoint Migration. The tool considers only the User ID, so the change will not affect the further migrations.

Note : In SharePoint Migration, site name also changes when source email address changes. So we would need a fresh migration in this case.
