The following license & roles are mandated to perform tenant-tenant Microsoft Bookings Migration for both Source & Target Connector Accounts.

1. Microsoft 365/Office 365(E3 or E5) License
2. Microsoft Bookings License
3. Exchange Administrator + User Administrator with admin consent

In addition, the Source Connector Account should be a Owner of the Bookings that you chose to migrate.
